Corrosion Block Marine Grease 16oz Tub
Corrosion Block is specifically designed for marine use and will out perform lithium and most other synthetic greases.
As the name suggests, Corrosion Block has superior anti-corrosion properties and will stop corrosion in progress and prevent new corrosion cells from forming on metal surfaces for 12-18 months. It is an excellent pentrant and brilliant lubricant. It is also great for protecting electrical components in the saltwater environment. Corrosion Block has the ability to remove moisture, combined with its excellent penetrating and strong dielectric properties, has brought a number of electronics 'back from the dead' with just one application. Corrosion Block removes the moisture from the corrosion byproduct, then isolates the corrosion byproduct from the electrical circuit. Corrosion Block can be used in many different electrical and electronic applications without fear of damage. Corrosion block will not harm paint or plastic surfaces. This high performance waterproof grease has excellent extreme pressure properties, excellent thermal/oxidative stability and resists bleeding or melting at high temperatures. It is suitable for 'sealed for life' applications and is workplace safe and environmentally friendly.
In the paddlesport world this product is great for preventative maintenance and reducing the formation of salt deposit build ups and subsequent corrosion on kayak pedal drive systems such as the Hobie Mirage Drive. It is also great for lubricating fishing equipment such as reels, and preventing corrosion on fish finder / electronics terminals and connectors.
