Sevylor Ottawa
A new design from Sevylor which incorporates the I beam construction of the K2 Pointer to produce an inflatable with real hydrodynamic structure, allowing for the sleek bow and stern of the Ottawa to cut effectively through the water. This makes it great for going that extra distance when exploring your favourite river, lake or waterway. It can also be used in calm coastal conditions.
The Sevylor Ottawa features an upgraded the seating system with lumbar supports and the new Sevy-spension system to make your day on the water all the more comfortable. The redesigned seating systems suspends the seats off the floor of the kayak and helps maintain the hull shape as well as allowing for storage underneath. The seating configuration can easily be changed to allow for 3 paddlers or 2 paddlers which makes the Ottawa great for families as well as couples.
Other useful features include bungee storage on bow and stern, a highly effective drainage system and moulded carry handles for easy carrying. The handles also double up as paddle keepers when moored, or drifting along.
The Ottawa can be easily inflated by one person in around 5 minutes with a Sevylor foot or hand pump. This job can be made much easier by using a Sevylor 12v electric pump. Deflation after a session is easy using the boston valve system and storage is neat and tidy in the new design Dry-N-Store carry bag. This carry bag features backpack straps making it easy to carry around and is also waterproof to protect vehicles if the kayak is packed away wet.
A great inflatable for tandem touring on inland waterways, lakes and very calm coastal sea.
