The Prijon Poseidon is a tandem cockpit kayak that is great for touring on the sea and inland waters. The 17ft hull has a pronounced keel line that cuts through the water well and provides excellent straight line tracking. The flared bow cuts over choppy waters well making for a dry ride. The included rudder makes manoeuvering this longer kayak on the water much easier especially in a quatering wind/chop.

With two paddlers driving the 17ft hull the Poseidon is quite fast which makes it great for covering longer distances. A sleeker design than many other double kayaks on the market, the Poseidon is more like a normal single sea kayak then a wide, stable, slow double kayak. Stability is not an issue - with loads of hull capacity and a wider beam the Poseidon has plenty of stability that will provide confidence to novice paddlers.

The Poseidon really is a great tandem sit in tourer. Perfect for sharing a sheltered coastal paddle and or inland waterway day trip. With comfortable outfitting many hours can be spent paddling without worrying about a numb bum or aching legs!
