Nova Craft Prospector 14
The Propsector hull has long been a firm favourite amongst paddlers wanting a versatile canoe for both flat waters and moving waters. The moderate rocker on the Prospector hull makes it relatively easy to turn and edge the canoe as you paddle, for better perfenance when navigating moving waters or tight spots! This popular design is now available in a scaled down 14ft model to suit the solo paddler wanting a versatile craft for multi-water adventures. A great choice for solo weekend getaways on the Lochs of Scotland with the camping gear, or perhaps for a solo day trip on the tree-lined estuary creeks in South Cornwall and Devon. There is enough room and capacity to take your dog along for the ride too!
Constructed from lightweight but durable Tuff Stuff composite, the Prospector 14 weighs only 20.4kg and is more than managable by one person both on and off the water. Equipped with an Ash Bootlace seat to suit those wanting to paddle seated, or in a more traditional kneeling position. Buoyancy tanks also come as standard built into the bow and stern. Ash seats, carry handles and yoke along with lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium gunwales finish off the outfitting of this stunning canoe.
