The Islander Calypso Sport is a great all rounder sit on top suitable for total novices and experienced paddlers alike. The Islander Calypso Sport is great for family fun on the beach or inland waterways with enough storage for picnics or even a day away camping. The front hatch of the Islander Calypso Sport provides access to a spacious protected storage space while the rear tank well can take a trolley or a large dry bag full of camping kit. The Islander Calypso Sport has a small screw hatch just in front of the seat for essentials you might need while paddling; such as a camera, phone and snack.
The hull of the Islander Calypso Sport provides a stable ride with a distinct keel to ensure good tracking while the gentle rocker along the length of the hull ensures the Calypso Sport is also manoeuvrable when needed. The Islander Calypso Sport seat offers comfort for all day long paddling and wraps round your lower body sufficiently to enable good control such as edging when playing in waves.
